微軟在網路服務上，越來越有後勢看漲的現象，繼 Bing 在月初超越 Yahoo! 成為搜尋引擎的世界第二之後，再度在線上影音串流服務上締造佳績，正式從一個月前的老七上竄，甚至超越 Yahoo!，以不重複造訪人數 4,881 萬餘，拿下全美二月份各大影音串流服務的老三，僅次於有大將（YouTube）坐鎮的 Google、環球 / 新力唱片集團聯手打造的 VEVO 服務；目前雖然大家距離龍頭還有不小的差距，不過能持續努力，讓網路影音內容更多元，應該是大家都樂見的事情。

[咖啡手扎] 手沖 - 肯亞AA 2010.9.17之一

磨豆機：Rancilio Rocky

手沖：Hario 陶瓷上壺

咖啡豆：烘培者 肯亞AA (深焙) 2010.9.15 購入 (2010.9.13 烘焙)

磨豆刻度：最大 - 8

咖啡豆：15公克

水量：160cc

溫度：92.3~82°C

結果：

沖泡溫度提高，對深烘肯亞AA的表現較苦，
特別是磨豆刻度再調細的情況下。

本次特別將咖啡粉向中央集中。
首次沖水時，控制小水柱，自中間繞小圈，略為向外延伸，但不超過中周，
停水後，咖啡粉膨脹，且無咖啡滴入下壺，終於悶蒸成功了！
悶蒸時間約為30秒。

第二次沖水時，尚不確定應沖到什麼程度停水，

由中心向外轉圈，再由周圍向內，依此程序來回兩次停水。

待水流乾後，進行第三次沖水。依上述程序來回約三次停水。

本次口感較苦，但味道厚實，且有濃醇的香氣。
溫度降低後，並無雜味；但杯底的部份有粉粉的口感，
疑為咖啡細粉所致。將來可嘗試篩去細粉避免此問題。

若悶蒸的訣竅沒錯，下次可嘗試縮短悶蒸的時間，看是否能降低苦味。
也可降低水溫，試驗低溫沖泡的味道為何。

溫度：91.3~81°C

結果：

降低沖泡溫度後，有淡淡的酸味跑出來。

醇厚的口感仍強勁。

首次沖泡時，咖啡粉並未膨脹，並有些許咖啡滴入下壺。

二次沖泡時，水柱控制不穩定；

且由於未間斷注入熱水，不知是否對萃取過程有影響？

本次將沖泡時的水溫略微降低，但仍未煮出想要的口感，疑因烘焙過深所致。

未來重點，宜在控制溫度及顆粒粗細度的前提下，加強水柱的控制練習。

另外，磨豆刻度可再嘗試調細。
